Candidate Profile
  • Seniority level
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Sous Chef in hotels or restaurants
  • Long term availability (12+ months)
Key Responsibilities
  • work independently and manage the kitchen staff
  • Follow the guidelines and recipes from the restaurant
  • knowledge of HCCP
Requirements
  • 2 years proven experience as a Sous Chef
  • Level of English must be minimum B2
  • EU passport
  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred
  • quality focus, maintaining the highest standards of service and quality to create memorable guest experiences
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
