Candidate Profile
- Seniority level
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Sous Chef in hotels or restaurants
- Long term availability (12+ months)
Key Responsibilities
- work independently and manage the kitchen staff
- Follow the guidelines and recipes from the restaurant
- knowledge of HCCP
Requirements
- 2 years proven experience as a Sous Chef
- Level of English must be minimum B2
- EU passport
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred
- quality focus, maintaining the highest standards of service and quality to create memorable guest experiences
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
