Client

The restaurant at Spa One is part of a modern wellness resort near Breda, where relaxation, hospitality and quality come together in a calm and luxurious environment. Guests visit the resort for a full wellness experience and expect the same high standards in the restaurant as they experience throughout the spa. The menu offers a mix of fresh lunch dishes, healthy meals, snacks and dinner options.

As Chef de Partie, you work with fresh ingredients and focus on taste, presentation and consistency. The pace is high with >400 couverts on a busy day. You are expected to work independently, keep the kitchen organized and be able to work on different parties. Attention to detail, hygiene and efficient teamwork are very important in this role.

Seniority level 3/5
Minimum of 3 years experience as a CDP

Key Responsibilities

Work independently on your own Partie
Follow the guidelines and recipes from the restaurant
Knowledge of HCCP

Requirements

3 years proven experience as a CDP or similar role
Level of English must be minimum B2
Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred
Guest focus, maintaining the highest standards of service and quality to create memorable guest experiences
Strong communication and teamwork skills

What We Offer

A monthly wage of €3.135 gross (including holiday pay and paid vacation days)
Wages are paid out weekly and are excluding tips
You get a nice accommodation close to your work, for which you will pay +/- €120 per week
